01. Can I see the camera footage from abroad?

Yes, absolutely. All our CCTV systems are Cloud-connected. Through the app on your phone, you can monitor your property in real-time from anywhere in the world with internet access. This service is free and encrypted for your security.

02. How much does a full camera system cost for a home?

The price depends on the number of cameras, resolution (2MP, 4MP or 4K), and the amount of storage for recording. We offer free consultations where we come to your location and give you a detailed quote that fits your budget and specific needs.

03. Do walls need to be drilled to install the alarm?

If you choose our Wireless systems (like the Ajax brand), there is no need for any visible drilling or cabling. Sensors are placed with magnetic mounts or minimal screws. This makes them ideal for newly renovated homes or apartments.

04. What happens if the power goes out?

Our systems are equipped with backup batteries (UPS). In case of power failure, the alarm and cameras continue to work for up to 8-12 hours (depending on configuration). You will be notified on your phone as soon as the system switches to battery.

05. Do you offer maintenance after installation?

Yes, ElektroNova offers regular maintenance contracts for businesses and on-demand assistance for private clients. We make sure camera lenses are clean, the Hard Drive is in good condition, and the alarm system is periodically tested.

06. Do you cover my city with services?

We cover the entire territory of Kosovo. Although our headquarters is in Peja, our technical teams move daily to Prishtina, Prizren, Mitrovica, Gjakova, Gjilan, Ferizaj and all other municipalities.
